Deputy Mayor Florio and Committeewoman Patricia Guerra-Frazier stopped by St. Michael's School to celebrate Ophelia the Tree's 200th Birthday with the students. The students enjoyed crafts, storytime, and cupcakes as they learned more about the historical tree.
