The graduates of St. Michael School will develop:

1.         Foundational Knowledge and Skills in Content Area:

• Develop critical thinking skills and apply those skills to everyday situations
• Develop strong study skills
• Be able to work independently and develop strong time management skills
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with others
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and listening
• Exhibit competency in the subject area of mathematics
• Familiar with science labs and STEM projects
• Knowledgeable in the area of Social Studies and up to date with current events.

2.         Spiritual Foundation:

• Develop a strong foundation in the Catholic Faith
• Incorporate prayer into everyday life
• Familiar with the church’s teachings and prayers
• Recognize the liturgical year and holy days
• Attend Mass
•  Participate in service projects and assisting others

3.         Foundational Knowledge In Special Content Area:

• Utilize technology to foster development in skills such as collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking
• Develop a foundation in a foreign language
• Explore the subject areas of art and music

4.         Personal Qualities:

•  Make good choices and develop a healthy lifestyle
• Accept personal responsibility for their own behavior
